Payments (2025-2026)
Collaborated with UX and Finance to design a comprehensive payment portal that streamlined financial operations, reduced manual processing errors and improved cash flow by enabling 24/7 digital payments for retailers previously limited to manual check processing.

Solution
Serves as primary UI product designer for the payment portal
Designed intuitive payment flows accommodating multiple payment types while maintaining security standards
Built self-service features giving customers real-time visibility into payment status and account history, reducing finance team inquiries
Collaborated with Finance and Customer Service teams to ensure UI met strict financial reporting requirements and year-end deployment constraints
Created responsive desktop interface prioritizing accuracy and efficiency for high-value B2B transactions

Outcomes
The payment portal design positioned PRH to transition customers from traditional payment methods to digital methods, with expected improvements in on-time payments, reduced processing errors, and decreased support burden on finance teams.

Delivery Tracking (2022-2023)
Designed a comprehensive delivery tracking system for retailers that transformed complex shipment data into a centralized, intuitive interface. The goal was to create a system that would save retailers time by consolidating delivery information previously scattered across multiple pages and match their actual business workflows. The system garners 350,000+ monthly visits and significantly reduced time spent tracking deliveries.

Developed nested data visualization system managing deliveries with multiple cartons, each containing multiple items, shipping dates, and tracking numbers
Built a responsive structure that maintained data integrity across devices while optimizing for desktop information density while maintaining scannability
Designed expandable tables accommodating 20+ cartons per shipment while maintaining visual hierarchy through strategic grouping by date and delivery type
Created labeling system differentiating Initials, Reorders, Managed Stock, and Event orders, enabling quick identification of priority shipments
Built seamless connection between delivery overview and detailed carton-level breakdowns with direct links to invoices and damage claims
Outcome
The new delivery tracking interface is one of the platform's most-used features, in the top 10 most viewed pages with 350,000+ monthly visits, and streamlines the receiving process for thousands of retailers by reducing the time needed to find shipment information and enabling proactive inventory management through clear visibility of incoming deliveries.
Account Settings (2021)
Designed and launched a comprehensive account management system for PRH's BIZ portal, enabling 5 distinct user permission levels and streamlined administrative controls, contributing in the successful migration from Flash-based legacy system to a modern web platform.

Served as primary UI designer for the account management system
Mapped intricate permission levels (Store Access through Administrator)
Designed modular interface components allowing admins to add, edit, and delete users
Implemented clear information architecture separating personal profile management, user administration, and account information into distinct, easily navigable sections
Created responsive design patterns ensuring consistent experience across desktop and mobile for field sales representatives
Outcomes
Successfully migrated all users from the legacy Flash system, maintaining 100% feature parity while improving user experience. Now supports 56,000 monthly views with reduced support requests, enabling retail partners to efficiently manage their organizational access.
